Nice to meet you

I am Amy, a psychological platform connecting personality science with artificial intelligence.

We created Amy to help better understand the personality of a specific person and the people around them. Amy is a platform that perceives the person as a whole. It is unbiased, respects privacy, and is discreet. Talk2amy team

Why Amy?

Look at the most important.
Revolutionary view

Amy creates a comprehensive personality model of each person – the foundation for all recommendations, comparisons and personnel decisions that the platform enables.

Ask

Are the results too detailed or complex to interpret? Ask Amy directly – she will advise you what the results mean for a specific role, team or decision.

Security and Trust

The platform operates in a secure cloud environment in the EU, meets GDPR requirements and is certified according to ISO 27001.

Reliable data

Results are obtained using traditional psychometric methods and also presented accordingly. Only then can you choose their interpretation by AI.

Privacy Matters

How we work with data and how we protect your privacy.

Amy respects your anonymity and privacy. She only asks for the data she needs and informs you about everything in a transparent way. In Lite plan, you don't even need to provide your name or email. Even when Amy asks you about feelings and possible reactions during a talk, they always apply

Respondent data is securely stored, encrypted and shared with the organization only based on the respondent's consent. Personal and payment data are strictly separated into different systems. We process only anonymous and aggregated data in bulk.

We take care of data security from the design of the platform to its operation. We meet all GDPR requirements and are certified according to ISO 27001 – the international standard for information security.

Amy & Science

Amy bridges psychology and artificial intelligence

How does it work?

The respondent fills in questionnaires, tests and surveys designed by psychologists.

All answers are analyzed using standard psychometric methods to create an "inventory" of personality characteristics, which is subsequently used for derived psychological models focused on specific areas of life (so-called "projections").

Based on these data, the respondent’s personality, traits, needs and values are assessed.

Amy AI then helps understand the results clearly and comprehensibly – and provides deeper insight into the respondent’s motivation, strengths, weaknesses and typical behavioral patterns.

Amy & Science

Amy is an interdisciplinary psychological platform. It combines the latest approaches in psychology with statistical analysis and artificial intelligence. Our goal is to assess human personality as a whole – across many contexts and with attention to nuances and conditions that simple approaches often overlook.

Unlike some AI platforms, Amy does not use AI to assess the respondent's personality! We firmly believe that proper psychological assessment can only come from quality data alone – obtained through reliable psychometric tests.

All results therefore come from scientifically validated psychometric models of personality, human needs and values (see selection [1–4]).

Nearly half of the measured personality aspects focus on the respondent's needs and core values.

  • In a work context, we help employees (and candidates) communicate this information to employers and improve mutual alignment.
  • This enables organizations to make more informed personnel decisions at every step.
To measure personality, we use IPIP-NEO-120, a Big Five personality inventory. This model divides each of the five broad factors into six subfactors – thus assessing 30 distinct personality traits in total. Human values scales are based on Schwartz's original theory of basic values (Schwartz, 1992, 2012) and needs are drawn from Maslow's theory of human needs, specifically a selection of 19 needs from his framework.

Amy and AI

The Talk2Amy team believes that artificial intelligence is a truly transformative technology and considers it one of its key features. However, we require all its use to be responsible, human-centric and to leverage its true strengths – not blindly trust AI in every aspect of assessment.

Therefore:
Amy never uses AI for automated decisions or diagnoses.
It bears repeating – surprisingly, we do not even use AI to assess the respondent's personality!

Amy AI serves exclusively to help understand, interpret and put results into context. Because the results are based on psychometric science, Amy AI explains everything clearly so they can be worked with. Of course, you can ask your own questions or be inspired by pre-prepared expert topics for discussion.

AI never sees personally identifying information of the respondent – only the relevant portion of their results needed to answer questions or provide insights.
